Youth programme

The Youth Programme is a space for personal growth, self-discovery, and strengthening connections with peers.

Youth Programme Goals

  • To enhance young people’s self-awareness and personal growth

  • To encourage youth to build interpersonal relationships and a sense of community

  • To expand young people’s options for their future

Who is the Youth Programme for?

The programme is designed for adolescents aged 14-18 who are experiencing challenges typical of adolescence, facing difficulties in personal or social life, or aiming to better understand themselves and develop new personal and social skills.

What do we do in the Youth Programme?

The main activity of the Youth Programme is a closed, long-term group for adolescents. During group sessions, adolescents share their experiences with each other, discuss topics that are important to them, participate in thematic activities, and organize various leisure activities together (such as cooking, watching movies, etc.). Group meetings are held once a week on Thursdays from 16:00 to 19:00.

The programme also includes thematic workshops, during which the youth group goes on a camp or a hike for several days. During these workshops, young people explore relevant topics, learn self-reliance, and teamwork.

How to Join?

Youth can register for the program independently, or their parents/guardians can register them. Before joining the youth group, young people are invited to introductory interviews. A voluntary desire to participate in the programme is essential. Those who start attending the programme are encouraged to commit to participating for at least one year.
